Master Pizza in Jena

We ordered from Master Pizza today and were very disappointed and dissatisfied for the first time. The delivery time was okay, BUT the food was different than expected and not tasty. The nachos con queso were soggy and tasted like a tomato sauce that was too hot and inedible. The tacos con carne lacked meat and they looked more like lasagna than conventional tacos !!!!!! You can't go wrong with 1L Cola. When we tried to find a solution by phone, a rude employee said that she could only send us the same food again. We refused, however, and are sitting at home hungry. The food will unfortunately end up in the trash. A hungry evening for the three of us ....

NEVER AGAIN! we ordered Greek via go-pizza-go: skewers and gyros with zaziki, fries and salad. It came without zaziki. When I called, the delivery was immediately (10min) - but not zaziki but yogurt dressing. I did not call again. The spit was incredibly dry and so was the gyros. A shame about the money.

I'm really angry that we also paid money for the pizza. Pizza is much too dark and so dry that the pieces lift up on their sides. The chicken meat on the pizza tasted very bad. Every frozen pizza tastes better. Will never order again.

I ate kebab there once. After the hygienic conditions in the shop (dirty, slippery, smelly) I should have let it go, but the hunger drives you in. Or not. The doner meat was not cut from the skewer, but was already in such a box. God knows how long. In any case, it was already or still cold. It tasted very old, after rancid fat and slightly sweet. The vegetables were dry, lobed and smelled bad, sauce and bread were also bad. I don't like throwing away food, but after three bites, eating here was no longer possible and could be unhealthy for 4 euros. Never again! After all: it was only the second worst doner kebab in my life.

Too bad that there are no zero stars. The food arrives cold here, mega little and then half is forgotten😣 Am very disappointed

How can such a shop still be open? The worst doner kebab I've ever eaten. 3 days vomiting diarrhea is included.

Food took almost 2 hours to deliver. Pizza was cold and hard.

Have ordered before an hour and still wait for food. Can you pay less or you have to pay the full price?

About Lieferando App ordered - after 2h wait and 2 questions at Master Pizza I canceled - we were full! Never again.

Ordered a pizza via the Lieferando app and received the wrong one. I called there right away to clear up the misunderstanding. An incredibly unfriendly employee snapped at me directly that I could be kinder. After a few minutes I got a call back from the same incompetent person saying that I had ordered the wrong way. To understand: I hate mushrooms, so do I order a pizza with mushrooms? Still, the pizza was replaced (which can be seen as the only positive aspect). Unfortunately you have to give a star, otherwise it wouldn't be one. Unfortunately, all the negative reviews are completely correct and I will never order anything there again!

Does not adhere to advertising ban on mailboxes. Food is not my case either. Kind regards

In my eyes, this is a very simple snack. This is also supported by the variety of dishes that are offered. With so many options, the individual cannot be good. After a couple of attempts to take dinner here, I gave it up because it was too greasy.

FAST, Nice food, very diverse, not very cheap.

I worked there and quit because of the deterioration in quality. Salad is not washed, so ANTS CAME FROM THE DÖNER! The meat is of the cheapest quality, partly shaped meat from leftovers. And the price is clearly too high for what is offered.

That is the last one. A doner kebab without vegetables and semi-raw meat is simply not possible. A clear case for the health department.

4 of 5 dishes were inedible! Zero taste and everything mushy. Were all incredibly disappointed and barely ate it (despite starving)! Never again! Delivery time was super fast .... But now know why
